Everything here comes to a person, not a ticket queue. We reply to most messages within a couple of days.
Corrections come first. If a figure on this site is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and note the change on the page. Include the page address and the number you think is off, and we can usually turn it round the same day.
What is worth telling us
- A wrong figure. Capacity, output, price, runtime — anything that does not match what the manufacturer publishes.
- A product we have missed. We track 446 products and add more constantly, but the market moves faster than we do.
- A price that has moved. Prices here are the manufacturer’s at the time of writing and they change without notice.
- A broken or misleading page. Including anything that reads as though it were written for a search engine rather than for you.
What we cannot help with
We are not electricians and we do not have your unit in front of us. We cannot give electrical advice for a specific installation, diagnose a fault with a product you own, or handle a warranty claim or a return. Those go to the manufacturer or to a licensed electrician in your area — and for anything involving your home wiring, please use an electrician rather than a website.
