The big modular one. 5,000W is enough output for loads that defeat everything else on this site.
The short version
The AC500 is Bluetti’s heavyweight modular system — 5,000W of continuous output, no internal battery, and expansion across multiple B300 packs. Built with 240V capability, which is what lets it handle well pumps and some ranges rather than just fridges and lights.
Buy it if you are backing up a house, you want to size the storage yourself, and 4,000W is not enough headroom. Look elsewhere if your list is a fridge, a freezer and some lights — that is comfortably an AC200L job at a fraction of the price.

Output is not the same as capacity
This is the point people miss on large units. 5,000W is a statement about what the AC500 can run at once. How long it runs is entirely a function of how many battery packs you bought.
So it can start your well pump — genuinely useful, and beyond most portable batteries. It can also technically start your air conditioner and then flatten itself in about an hour. High output plus modest storage is a specific, sometimes disappointing combination, so budget for the batteries, not just the head unit.
The direct competitor is the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra. Bluetti tends to win on cost per watt-hour; EcoFlow on software and recharge.
