Bluetti AC300 Review
The unit with no battery inside it — and why that is deliberate.
The short version
The AC300 is an inverter head, not a power station. It has no internal battery; you pair it with external B300 packs and build the capacity you want. That sounds like a complication and sometimes is, but it makes the AC300 the most flexible thing Bluetti sells at this size.
Buy it if you want to choose your own capacity, expand it later, and replace batteries independently of the electronics. Look elsewhere if you want one box that works out of the carton. That is the AC200L.

Why modular is the right call for some buyers
Batteries wear out before inverters do. In an all-in-one, that means the whole unit reaches end of life together. In a modular system, you replace a battery pack and keep the electronics. Over a long ownership that is a real advantage, not a marketing line.
The trade is up-front complexity and cost: you are buying two things, and the entry price is higher than a comparable all-in-one. If this appeals but you need more output, look at the AC500. If it does not, the all-in-one units are simpler and cheaper for the same first-day capacity.
